Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your EduTheory account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains what happens when you request deletion and how to get started.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name and email).
• Your quiz results, scores, and answer history.
• Your daily streak records.
• Feedback submissions tied to your account.

How to Request Deletion

If you are signed in, open your profile from the top menu and tap Request Account Deletion. Confirm the prompt and your request is submitted for processing. You will be signed out of the app.

If you cannot sign in, send your deletion request to the contact email below, including the email address registered to your account. We will verify ownership before deleting any data.

Processing Time

Account-deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days of verification. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Guest Users

If you have only used EduTheory as a guest, no server-side account exists. To clear your guest activity, remove the app's data from your browser or device storage settings.
